For example, when you have a good friend and you have a problem in your life. Your friend will find a solution to your problem that will affect how you feel. Second, a friend can change your body. To explain further, when you suffer from obesity, to illustrate, your friend can help you by giving you some advice. For instance, I have a friend whose name is Mansour. He encouraged me to get a gym membership and he gave me the advice to go with him every day because my weight was 170 pounds. In conclusion, for these reasons, I believe everyone should have a friend.
