A Washington D.C. Field Trip

On Wednesday, the Virginia Tech students and instructors went on a tour of the city. We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy warm temperatures and learn about meaningful landmarks that spoke to us about the past and the present of the country.
D.C. was full of visitors and even residents, who took the opportunity to soak up the sun. Unfortunately, it was a little late to see the Cherry Blossoms in full bloom, but they were still gorgeous. Here are some of my pictures.

  1. How very beautiful! The pictures and the day you and your students had!
It is fall in BA so what ‘blossoms’ here is green leaves turning yellowish. Enjoy that spring time!
    Best to you all,
